• The diamond package also includes two maintenance sessions per year, spaced six months apart. In addition to the check-up of both units and cleaning of drain lines, it offers two detailed diagnostics, along with a 15% discount on labor and accessories.

• The platinum package provides the most comprehensive coverage with four maintenance sessions per year, scheduled every three months. It includes a check-up of both units, cleaning of drain lines, two detailed diagnostics, and a substantial 30% discount on labor and accessories.
